Tony is an excellent HVAC technician, professional, and a good Communicator and listener. I have a complex twin units as my HVAC system and not only did Tony repair the needed parts. He did not try to upsell me on things. I did not need. Preston showed u studied the cobbled up installation for a while, then began to start removing the previous installations. Preston had a plan, and when the installation was complete with the Silver Water Treatment System, along with a Titanum filter and a new hot water heater every thing worked and the arrangement looked professional, something that Preston could be proud of.
